I am trying to create a pdf directly from excel file but it just not responding. I own Adobe DC and Office 365 and I can tell you the office add-in is not properly working on my laptop within Excel. Support has not been able to solve the issue, any ideas out there community? It will only stay 'active' if I specifically start Excel as 'Administrator' otherwise every time I use Excel I have to re-enable the add-in. Select COM Add-ins next to Manage and click Go.
